In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, WillowBranchBotanicals.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. WillowBranchBotanicals.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WillowBranchBotanicals.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Due to the products which are being sold we can not accept returns due to safety of the products. 

We offer refunds or replacements for product that are damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement you must email or contact us by phone within 7 days of delivery of your order. Upon you contacting us we will promptly and accordingly make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund your order.
Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted.
